Witnesses explained that the aggression was a racist attack because the aggressors shouted “fucking mex” several times. This witnesses also explained that the fact that motivated the aggression was that the victim, an Ecuadorian citizen, was urinating in a park while there were some kids playing. The victim suffered hard injures due to a first attack and when he was unconscious on the floor the attackers gave him a hard kick on the head. Seriously injured, he was rushed to a hospital, where he died a few hours later.
Forensic report stated that the victim died due an aneurysm and not by received beatings.
