The victim was leaving a nightclub with friends when they all found a jacket that the attackers had placed as a “bait” to pick a fight. When a friend of the victim took the pledge, the group of attackers pounced on them pulling down the young Carlos Javier and kicking him a brutal beating that caused his death. The other young man assaulted finally managed to escape. The main accused was underaged for a few hours. He was a wrestling practicer and a far- right member as well.
